These Terms Of Service govern your use of the Underdog Fight Gym website and any services, memberships, or classes you book through it.
By using this site or training with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our facilities.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
USING THIS WEBSITE
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful code.
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, layouts, and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or resell it without written permission.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENTS
Membership prices, inclusions, and eligibility are set out on our Memberships page and may change with reasonable notice.
Eligibility. Some memberships require proof — a valid student ID for the Students plan, or guardian consent for the Kids plan. We may ask to verify this at any time.
Billing. Memberships are billed in advance for the duration you select. Prepaid durations are non-refundable except where required by law.
No contracts. We don't lock you into long-term agreements. You can cancel your rolling membership at any time, and it will end at the close of your current paid period.
Freezes. Where your plan includes a freeze allowance, freezes must be requested in advance and are subject to the limits shown on the Memberships page.
CLASSES & BOOKINGS
Class times shown on our Timetable are subject to change. We’ll give as much notice as we can if a class is rescheduled or canceled, but we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice where necessary.
Free first class. Our free first class is available to first-time visitors only, once per person.
Attendance. Classes may have limited capacity. Arriving late may mean you're asked to wait for the next session, as joining a class after the warm-up increases injury risk.
Conduct. We expect respect for coaches, training partners, and the facility. We may refuse entry or end a membership for behavior that endangers or disrupts others.
TRAINING RISKS & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Combat sports and physical training carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By training with us, you acknowledge and accept those risks.
You agree to:
— Train within your ability and follow coach instruction at all times
— Disclose any condition or injury that may affect your ability to train safely
— Use appropriate protective equipment where required
— Stop training and inform a coach if you feel unwell or injured
We recommend consulting a medical professional before starting any new training program.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our facilities.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for personal property brought onto the premises. Lockers, where provided, are used at your own risk.
GENERAL
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the gym operates, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
