What It Is
Boxing is hands only, and that’s the whole point. Every combination starts with your feet — footwork sets up distance, distance sets up angles, and angles are what actually land clean shots. It’s the discipline every other combat sport borrows its fundamentals from, which is why we teach it as a foundation, not a side skill.

What A Class Looks Like
A typical class opens with skipping rope and shadowboxing to warm up the shoulders and get your feet moving before any pad work starts. From there it’s combination drilling on pads or the bag, working technique before power. Sparring rounds are optional and only introduced once a coach has seen your fundamentals are solid enough to go live safely.

Who It's For
Whether you’re here to get in fighting shape or actually step into the ring one day, boxing builds the kind of conditioning and hand-eye coordination that carries into everything else — footwork for Muay Thai, distance management for MMA. Most people who start “just for fitness” end up staying for the sport itself.
