What It Is
Muay Thai is called the art of eight limbs for a reason — fists, elbows, knees, and shins all become weapons. It’s the most physically complete striking discipline we teach, built on a clinch game and range of attacks that boxing alone doesn’t cover. Where boxing teaches you distance and footwork, Muay Thai adds the tools to close that distance and fight effectively at every range.

What A Class Looks Like
Classes start with a longer warm-up than most disciplines — Muay Thai conditioning is its own beast, with shin conditioning, knee drills, and clinch work built in from day one. Pad rounds focus on combinations mixing all eight limbs, and clinch sparring is introduced early since it’s such a core part of the style, always at a pace matched to your experience level.

Who It's For
The clinch work and leg conditioning in particular build a kind of physical toughness that’s hard to get anywhere else — it’s common for people who cross-train MMA to say Muay Thai is what sharpened their striking the most. Expect sore shins early on; that fades fast as your body adapts.
