What It Is

MMA brings striking and grappling under one roof. It’s not a separate style so much as the point where boxing, Muay Thai, and BJJ all meet — training here means closing whichever gap is weakest in your game, whether that’s takedown defense, ground escapes, or transitioning between the two without losing your composure.

What A Class Looks Like

Because MMA draws from multiple disciplines, class structure shifts week to week — some days lean more striking-heavy, others focus on wrestling and ground transitions. Expect a warm-up covering both stand-up and ground movement, drilling specific to that day’s focus, and controlled live rounds once you’ve got the fundamentals of both ranges down.

Who It's For

This is the class for people who want the full picture rather than specializing early — a lot of members treat MMA as the discipline that ties together whatever else they’re training. It’s also genuinely one of the more beginner-friendly classes on the schedule, since coaches build sessions assuming a mixed-experience room.
