What It Is

Kickboxing is the practical middle ground between boxing’s precision and Muay Thai’s full arsenal — punches and kicks, high output, real technique. There’s no clinch or elbow work here, which keeps the pace fast and the combinations flowing, making it one of the more accessible striking classes for people newer to combat sports.

What A Class Looks Like

Sessions move at a high tempo — expect rounds structured like an actual fight, with active rest between combinations rather than long breaks. Pad work and bag rounds make up most of the class, building combinations that mix punches and kicks together, with technique corrections happening in real time as the pace picks up.

Who It's For

Because it’s high-output by design, Kickboxing doubles as one of the better conditioning classes on the schedule — a lot of members treat it as their cardio day even if striking isn’t their main focus elsewhere. The combination work also carries over cleanly if you decide to try Muay Thai or MMA later.
